- Be sure to upgrade the PM1D Manager to the same version as the system software.
The PM1D Manager and system software versions must be the same.
- Refer to the table below file for details on which component firmware versions are compatible with the various system software versions.
- A PM1D system that has been upgraded from version 1.70 to 1.85 cannot be downgraded to version 1.70.
- Data saved in a PM1D system is upward compatible with higher-numbered system versions, but is not downward compatible with lower system versions.
PM1D System Software V1.85
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed a problem in which a scene would not be recalled properly when the last event of the TC EVENT list was executed and then was returned to the first, and the duration between the first and the last event was one hour or less.
- Fixed a problem in which the CS1D and the DSP1D would recall a different scene when the user recalls a scene with a function other than TC EVENT, after the last event in the TC EVENT list was executed.
- Fixed a problem in which the CS1D and the DSP1D would have a different scene status when the engine was switched after recalling a scene with the TC EVENT function in Mirror mode.
- Fixed a problem in which PM1D Manager in the online condition with the console or the engine would go offline when another PM1D Manager tried to go online with the console or the engine that was not connected online.

PM1D System Software V1.83
Fixed Bugs
- Direct Output Level was approximately 6dB lower.
- MIX SEND ON/OFF setting for the paired input channels was not linked.
- Only COMP setting for the output channels was not set to Safe or Recalled even if it was set to Recall Safe or Selective Recall with PM1D Manager.
- DSP1D was not set even if the setup information was loaded on the system configured with only PM1D Manager and DSP1D(-EX).
- Once CONTROL I/O signal from DSP1D [OUT] to CS1D [IN] stopped in a condition where CS1D and DSP1D(-EX) operated normally, PM1D Manager was not able to control DSP1D.

PM1D System Software V1.81
Fixed Bugs
- It operated as if Auto Display was switched on when operating Digital Gain of Effect Return channels with CS1D.
- The tracking offset was not transmitted to PM1D Manager when CH COPY was executed.
- MIDI Rx became off by storing with Console1 in Dual Console mode.
- A +48V button display was not updated even if the user operated a +48V button on the CH VIEW screen. (Only with an LMY4-LMF card)
- It was changed to enable the user to operate INC/DEC Recall using USER DEFINE and GPI while a popup window for Engine switch was shown.
- When connecting DIO8 of which PORT B SELECT switch was set to "1-4" to two PM1D systems, and when Console, Engine and DIO8 was started up in that order on the system with DIO8 output B connector being connected, the Gain setting was cleared.
- If the Control Port setting of AI8 was switched from being controlled by a 'slave' CS1D to being controlled by a 'master' CS1D while the 'master' CS1D was switched off, when it was switched on, the 'master' CS1D was not able to control the HA gain if the current scene had the AI8 stored as a 'slave' unit.
- It was changed so that Insert on/off was also switched by changing GEQ Patch on the Patch screen.
- The Auto setup function on the Patch screen was changed.( It was improved to initialize only Input Patch when executing Input Patch Auto Setup, the same as PM5D.)
- An Apogee card was shown on the OUTPUT UNIT screen by inserting an MY8-DA96 to the slot.
- By recalling Channel library data for a MONO channel set to Surround, it also recalled the DIVERGENCE F/R of the channel next to the recalled one.
- The Scene title became the one before INC Recall by selecting SELECTIVE RECALL ENABLE and RECALL PARAMETER, recalling all channels, recalling the scene with INC RECALL and storing them in the Scene No. (Only with PM1D Manager)
- Unit Library indicated "DIFF" by executing auto store on Dual Console System.
- The user was not able to select a drive for a PC card without a file on the FILE SAVE/LOAD screen of PM1D Manager. Or, the menu page did not open by pressing the ESC key or the [MENU] button.
- Some Send Pan information from an input channel to Fixed Mix Bus was not updated by scene recall.
- Starting up ARTiST1D and DSP1D simultaneously on a system with ARTiST1D connected sometimes canceled the patch or showed the version popup window.
- The mirror function for PM1D system did not switch engine properly if a Digital I/O connector (D-sub68pin) between CS1D and DSP1D was not connected. (It did not switch engine properly in the same condition when using ARTiST1D either.)
- A selected channel fader did not function when a channel was copied in a certain condition (changing SEL on the window while copying).
