Banquet Room: Small (Analog)

System Features

  • This system features a high-performance analog mixing console for minimum operational overhead.
  • Support speakers are positioned around the room for uniform delivery.
  • CD, Blu-ray disc, and other sources can be played back in stereo.
  • The hands-on operability of physical faders and controls, plus the direct visual feedback from an LED level meter, make the MGP12X easy and intuitive to use.
  • The MGP12X features a built-in priority ducker function that automatically reduces the volume of background music when an announcement is being made.
  • The leveler function built into the MGP12X automatically matches the playback level between different sources so that an operator isn’t needed to manually “ride gain” for different background music sources recorded at different levels.
  • MGP12X mixers also feature a stereo image function that automatically mixes stereo sources to deliver well-balanced background music in just about any location.
  • MGP12X mixers allow direct digital input from iPod and iPhone type portable digital music players. Digital input contributes to high sound quality, while power is supplied by the MGP12X mixer for extended playback time.

Installation and Administration Features

  • MGP12X mixers are supplied with rack mounting angles for convenient rack mounting (11U).
  • The 31 equalization bands provided by the Q2031B offer fine response-shaping control that can markedly improve sonic clarity and intelligibility.
  • Installation series white speakers harmonize gracefully with just about any interior décor.
  • The VXC8W has a temporary “Anti-Drop tab” attachment feature that allows the installer to quickly position the mount bracket and then use both hands to safely do the final installation.
  • The lower power consumption of Yamaha power amplifiers contributes directly to reduced running cost. Low heat generation is another advantage, resulting in longer life as well as reduced repair and maintenance costs.
  • The XMV4280 power amplifier can be set up to drive low and high impedance loads in 2-channel groups, so a single unit can simultaneously power low and high impedance speaker systems.
