Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems Picks up ‘Best Marketing Award’ from NEXO

Outstanding progress and success is acknowledged for developing for both the NEXO and Yamaha brands

BUENA PARK, Calif.—At its annual distributor awards dinner in Frankfurt, which coincides with the ProLight+Sound Expo, NEXO celebrated emerging markets around the world. The awards were marked this year by a miniature RS18 sub bass unit, a new product to be shown at InfoComm 2010, and presented by NEXO France Marketing Manager, Joe White, for outstanding progress and success in developing a market for NEXO technology.

Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. (YCAS) received the award for ‘Best Marketing Contribution’, which was accepted by Paul Furtkamp, National Sales Manager. “Speaking for all of us at YCAS, we are quite proud of our association with NEXO and of the recent sales momentum in North America,” states Furtkamp. “I am very honored to have accepted this award on behalf of our YCAS marketing team, led by Marc Lopez, in recognition of their fine efforts in promoting both the NEXO and Yamaha brands.”
