    • Bauder Audio Provides Support for Record-Breaking Camp Out for Hunger Benefit

      The event takes place in a large tent installed in the parking lot of the Metroplex Shopping Center in Plymouth Meeting. Bauder provided a new Yamaha CL5 digital console for use at FOH and for bands monitor mixes along with a Yamaha M7CL digital console with a Dugan-MY16 card for broadcast. The tent PA consisted of all NEXO loudspeakers powered by NXAMP4x4’s and 4x1’s. PS15 R2s and RS18s were used for the main PA while PS10 R2s and PS8s were used for fold back and fills.

      Amos Lee Tour Takes Two Yamaha CLs on The Road in Support of Latest CD

      Amos Lee is an American singer-songwriter whose musical style encompasses folk, rock and soul. Born in Philadelphia, the 36-year old is embarking on a new tour in support of his sixth CD, “Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song.” This CD follows the release of his album ‘Mission Bell’ that debuted at #1 on the Billboard top 200 chart. Currently finishing the fall leg of the tour, Lee and the crew will be hitting the road again in February for the winter leg.

      ABBA MANIA, formed in 1999 as the world’s number one touring ABBA tribute production, is promoted by Handshake Group of Manchester, England. The U.S. leg of the tour that began in Elkhart, Indiana and ends in Sedona, Arizona has Clearwing Productions (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) to thank for handling audio production. The company provided a Yamaha CL5 Digital Audio Console with two Rio 3224-D input/output boxes for front of house mixing duties by Trevor Powers of Clearwing.

      Sleigh Bells Ring at University of Chicago Thanks to Gand Concert Sound

      Gand Concert Sound (GCS) of Glenview, Illinois celebrated the holidays with noise pop duo The Sleigh Bells at the University of Chicago. GCS provided a pair of Yamaha PM5D Digital Audio Consoles and a 12-box flown NEXO GEO S12 rig with six NEXO CD18 subs.       Annual Telethon to Aid Poverty Stricken Uses Yamaha CL5 Consoles

      An annual telethon broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s French Public Television Network enlisted the services of L’Audi-C Sonorisation of Trois-Rivieres, Canada for the live to broadcast 54th telecast of the Noel du Pauvre fundraiser to aid poverty stricken, and held at the Salle J.Antonio Thompson Theater in Trois-Rivieres.
