Overview

 

In 1980 Ludo Maes started out with a small enthusiastic team. Initially, the company concentrated entirely on electronic news gathering activities. Over the years, Videohouse has become the market leader and the only integrated provider of television facilities in Belgium.
A few milestones from the early years include reports on The Herald of Free Enterprise, the disaster at the Heizel stadium, the Falklands War, as well as items about NATO and European institutions. Videohouse also made a significant contribution to the launch of commercial television in Flanders (1989) in terms of technical services.
Videohouse is now a member of the NOB group, one of the leaders in the European market of technical support companies for television.
